1.   Are bookings for your properties open for the spring and summer period?

Yes, all of our holiday rentals on the Sunshine Coast can be booked for the 2020 spring and summer periods. Make a reservation today to secure the best rates.

2.   Are your holiday rentals safe to stay at?

All of our holiday rentals are thoroughly cleaned between guests and COVID-19 preventative measures are being taken by our property owners. Should you have any special requests regarding one of our rentals, please get in touch with our team who would be happy to confirm with the property owner prior to your reservation.

3.   Do you offer contactless check-in and check-out? 

Where possible we like to meet and greet our guests to give a proper introduction to the house. However, contactless check-in and check-out may be possible on some properties. Please get in touch for more information on the property you would like to book.

4.   What is your cancellation policy in the event my booking is cancelled due to COVID-19 related reasons?

Our properties each have their own individual cancellation policies which is made at the discretion of the owner who will either offer the option to rebook at a later date, provide travel credit, or issue a full refund. We suggest before booking to ask our staff what the policy is for the property you are wishing to book.
