The property offers 4 bedrooms with 2 x Queens located upstairs, 2 x Double Bunks upstairs and 1 x Queen downstairs. There are 3 bathrooms (2 x upstairs and 1 x downstairs) plus a downstairs powder room. Spa bath in master ensuite and full bath in upstairs family bathroom. There are also built-in robes.

There is a secure lock up garage for your goods, too narrow for a vehicle, but there is driveway parking for 2 vehicles and plenty of on-street parking too.
You may also use the stand up paddle boards available in garage/down side of house - please note that these are to be used at your own risk and securing a booking and using them will be acceptance of the risks.
Note: This property is strictly a non-smoking environment and prohibits weddings, functions, parties or schoolies - If this policy is breached you will face immediate eviction and all funds paid will be forfeited. There is currently building works on a house on the right side of property so normal level of construction noise should be expected, correct at April 2023.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00 am and 'check in' is not before 2.00 pm.
