The Pool House is a renovated 3-bedroom beach house which ticks all the boxes for the ideal holiday house - amazing location just a short walk to Coolum Main Beach, fully air-conditioned, the biggest swimming pool and even a heated spa. It also has a big fenced backyard and a dog house for furry family members.

Accommodation
This north facing home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which include a master bedroom with an ensuite and 2 other bedrooms that share the main bathroom. It boasts open plan living spaces ideal for our weather and covered sunny decks. There is a second multi-purpose lounge/study that has a foldout double futon bed.

Kitchen
The fully equipped, modern galley kitchen has been renovated and overlooks the lounge spaces. Features a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, coffee plunger and quality appliances.

Living and Entertainment
There are ample open plan living spaces including the lounge, dining and multi-purpose room with study desk and double bed futon lounge. The light-filled lounge room overlooks the deck and has a big comfy leather lounge and recliner chair.

The big, covered, north facing deck provides an additional outdoor dining option to the indoor dining space. The upper deck offers a shady space underneath to sit by the pool, and there is an outdoor shower to wash off before jumping into the pool or spa.

There is another covered deck area at the eastern side of the house where you can enjoy the backyard and where the dog castle is located. Bedroom's 2 and 3 have direct access to the area via sliding doors.

Location
Located in the central township area of Coolum Beach, this house is an easy stroll to the surf club and the main patrolled beach. Being walking distance to all of the local cafes and shops means that a car is optional. Enjoy kilometres of pristine white sand beaches or the beautiful bays and viewing platforms dotted along the foreshore pathway. If you are planning a holiday from June to November, keep watch for whales migrating north then south. They will often be seen frolicking just off shore with their calves, which is a truly spectacular sight. Mt Coolum National Park is a must do, with a well maintained track up the eastern face offering rewarding views of the entire coastline.

Coolum Beach is perfectly placed to visit Noosa to the north or Mooloolaba to the south. Both locations are about 20 minutes drive and the Sunshine Coast Airport is 15 minutes drive from the house.
