The Dunes Sunshine Coast holiday home overlooks a native dune fauna reserve. Soak up the great mix of beach and bushland for the comforts of a luxury getaway while enjoying the best nature has to offer.

This is a rare dog friendly holiday home on the Sunshine Coast with a private heated pool, set in a quiet and restful location. Just beyond the trees is the Mt Coolum section of beach, a quiet and white sandy beach for you to enjoy.

Accommodation Details
The Dunes features high ceilings and beautiful timber floors. A northern aspect and louvers throughout invites in the ocean sea breezes and warm sunlight. Surround yourself in luxury and nature at the same time.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Upstairs
Master Bedroom 1 - King bed and ensuite with bath situated at the end of a wide suspended hallway, plus a private balcony overlooking the fauna reserve. Light and airy, sleep with the sound of the surf.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
Bedroom 3 - 2 King Single beds (default) or king bed on request (request must be made at time of booking) Please call Prestige staff direct for approval for particular bed-make requests, thank you.
Bedroom 4 - 2 Single beds

Main bathroom with bath and shower, plus powder room.

Downstairs
Bedroom 5 - Queen bed
Media Room - Queen Foldout couch (please advise at time of booking if you want this made up)

Shower in laundry and separate toilet.

Kitchen
The Dunes features a fully equipped kitchen with modern European appliances, including a 5-burner gas stove, coffee machine (will require ground beans) and wine fridge. This is the cooks' delight!

Entertainment and Living Areas
The generous open plan lounge and dining area is on the lower level. Timber bifold doors connect the inside living to the sheltered deck overlooking the native fauna reserve with outdoor dining and BBQ.

There is also a media room with TV, DVD, and surround sound plus iPod connectivity and Netflix.

Location
The Dunes holiday home is located beachfront on the nature reserve of Mt Coolum, in the exclusive enclave of The Boardwalk. Daily exercise walking along the kilometers of surf beach is at your doorstep, as is shops, restaurants and the infamous Mt Coolum climb. Perfect for those who love nature, as there are many walking and biking tracks around the area.
