Accommodation for eight guests with four bedrooms; master bedroom with ensuite upstairs and junior master bedroom with ensuite downstairs. Second bedroom upstairs has single beds, which can pushed together for a short king bed. Third bedroom downstairs has a direct access to the main bathroom, which has double entry and services the second bedroom upstairs. There is also a separate powder room on the ground floor.

Fully equipped modern kitchen overlooking the dining and lounge with stone bench tops and breakfast bar. Large freestanding gas stove top/oven, dishwasher, family fridge and plenty of bench space for preparing meals.
ENTERTAINMENT AND LIVING AREAS
This house has a lovely light bright open plan kitchen, dining and living room all overlooking the outdoor entertaining area and Paperbark trees beyond.
Outside entertainment spaces overlook the heated plunge pool, with a north east aspect ensuring lots of sunlight throughout the day.
There are several lovely covered outdoor spaces to relax with the outdoor dining an option and outdoor lounge area with an open fireplace somewhere to chill out with a cold drink.
Another smaller table and chairs under the covered patio off the fourth bedroom and daybed off the junior master bedroom overlooking the front garden.
There is plenty of space to gather or find a quiet corner to read or listen to the surf in the background.

Mount Coolum and Marcoola Beach is fast becoming one of the Sunshine Coast most popular destinations with its proximity to Coolum Beach and Noosa Heads it is also only 10 mins from the Maroochydore Airport.
The white sandy surf beaches are uncrowded and offer great surf for the board riders of all levels, popular for fishing and the beach is pet friendly.
For the golf enthusiast the popular Twin Waters and Mt Coolum Golf clubs are a short drive away from the house so pack the clubs.
There are several local cafes within easy walking distance from the house and a short drive to the local shopping centre at Mount Coolum or Coolum Beach is 10 mins away.
If QLD State borders close, remain closed or other Australian state or federal government mandated travel restrictions are in force preventing travel by the guest – the owner is offering a travel credit towards a future booking at the house, for any monies already paid for the accommodation. If a bond has already been paid this will be refunded; credit card fees will not be refunded.
– Guests can use their travel credit to book another stay for a period up to a year from their original booking dates; excluding bookings which include any of the Christmas/New Year or Easter public holidays.
– If the booking is taken in a different season or length of stay, the value of the travel credit will be applied to the new booking. There will be no refunds of any difference in rates – should the rates have increased the difference will need to be paid by the guest.
