MAINTENANCE UPGRADE WORKS
We are excited to advise that Laguna on Hastings will be undergoing further upgrade works throughout the property commencing the 6th February 2023 with an expected completion around late 2023.
These works are to ensure the property is kept to a high standard to create a great experience for all our guests.
The upgrade will consist of tile refurbishment throughout the property, including water features, pools, common paths and internal stairwells of each building. During this time there will be jack hammering to lift existing tiles and grinding for floor preparation around the property.
Our facilities will be closed at times during the refurbishment works, in particular the main pool area for a portion of this time.

The Location - Situated right on iconic Hastings St, the Laguna on Hastings complex is the centre of Noosa, from where you simply cross the road to Noosa Main Beach or take the short stroll to Noosa National Park or Noosa Woods and the Spit. In the heart of so many great restaurants, the location is unsurpassed, and the complex has many guest features and facilities to take advantage off.
The Unit - This unit is very special, being a large 76 sqm in size plus a private courtyard, all for you to enjoy. This is recently refurbished with quality furnishings and fittings you will enjoy every minute of your Noosa break in this great apartment. It welcomes you to an open plan living and dining area that fully air conditioned with cool tiled floors throughout the area offering large flat TV, and free internet access. The fully equipped kitchen offers dishwasher, microwave, 2-door refrigerator, and cook-top that will suit the most discerning cook.
The bedroom offers a luxury queen size bed, bedside table with lamp and a large flat screen smart TV. The bathroom is fully tiled bathroom with a spa bath, glass shower and floating vanity mirror.
The highlight to this property is the resort facilities including heated pools, spa, gym and a very private furnished courtyard to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet perfect for those lazy afternoons.
Other features include Laundry with washing machine and dryer. It is located on the ground floor of the complex with lift access from car park. An undercover secure parking is provided for one car.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00 pm.
