Upper level open plan living, dining and outdoor entertainment deck has the most incredible views north up the coast to Noosa and to the west for beautiful sunsets over the hinterland. The floor to ceiling glass doors fold back so the living dining and kitchen flow onto the deck. The panoramic views can be enjoyed from everywhere in this space. The deck has a small weber style BBQ and outdoor dining table and two sun lounges. Large 55” smart TV for those who can drag themselves away from the views.
Middle level living space is a more cosy affair with a 55” smart TV and bookcase full of books and a few games. There is also a small office desk for those who may need to study or work. The chaise lounge converts to a queen bed if required.

Family friendly Coolum Beach is central to the best of the Sunshine Coast. The beachside village of Coolum is located 20 mins south of Noosa and 20 mins North of Maroochydore & Mooloolaba, just 10 minutes from Sunshine Coast Airport.
Close to many of the Sunshine Coast’s family attractions, there plenty of outdoor activities available, including surfing, swimming, golf, snorkelling, fishing, bike and walk trails.
For the nature enthusiast the beach and bush environment is perfect for exploring and getting back to nature. Mount Coolum is a must do for incredible sunrise views over the coast. The Noosa National Park, Australia Zoo and the annual whale migration offer fantastic opportunities to get up close and personal with nature.
