What Prestige Holiday Homes do?

Prestige Holiday Homes is a local Real Estate Agency based on the Sunshine Coast; we have been established since 2012.

We offer a wide range of properties, in great beachside locations and we take pride in hosting and presenting our beautiful homes to guests from all over the world.

What offers are provided?

Our holiday homes offer a home away from home & most are located within easy walking distance to the beach, local shops, and cafes.

For check-in, we like to offer a meet and greet service by appointment and this arrangement can be confirmed after the booking process is completed.

Where do we collect the keys from for check in?

Where possible we will be meeting you at the property and give you an introduction to the house. Please allow some time for us to show you around and explain the features of the home. All of our houses have information booklets with the particulars about the home and general housekeeping information.

What do I need to bring?

Our homes are self- catering we do not leave any food items on site due to health regulations. We will provide you with a few starter consumables like toilet paper, some dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, a chux and scourer. There is also the small guest size shampoo, conditioner, soap & shower cap in each bathroom. You will need to bring all your personal toiletries.

Is linen provided?

We will provide all the house hold linen which includes, bed linen, bath towels, hand towel, bath mat, and blankets and if there is a pool we will provide pool towels. We do not provide beach towels or face washers.

Can I bring my dog?

Some of our properties are pet friendly and we have a pet fee. Please see our terms and conditions for the house rules regarding bringing pets.

What time is check in?

Check in time is 1500 hours. On occasion, if bookings allow we may be able to offer an earlier check in time. We cannot guarantee this until closer to your check in date.  Please email the office to confirm this arrangement or call on 07 5471 7955. NB: Extra fee will apply to check out times after 12pm.

What time is check out?

Check out time is 1000 hours. On occasion, if bookings allow we may be able to offer a later check out time. We cannot guarantee this until closer to your check out date.  Please email the office to confirm this arrangement or call on 07 5471 7955. NB: Extra fee will apply to check out times after 12pm.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

All the houses have the basic requirements for food preparation and serving of food.
